Studies on Diabetes |
A study for hypoglycemic activity in normal and alloxan-diabetic CD1 mice showed a chloroform-extrated flavone from a spieces of brickellia produced a significant hypoglycemic effect, but was slower and less effective than tolbutamide (Perez et al 2000). |
